We have great news for our customers from Germany and all German-speaking professionals working in Finland. Our SFS 6002 Electrical Safety training course is now also available in German.
For many years, we have worked with companies and professionals from Germany who have used our English-language training courses. Many of them perform electrical work or work in the vicinity of electrical installations in Finland and are required to comply with the Finnish SFS 6002 electrical safety standard. To make learning even more convenient and accessible, we have created a complete German-language version of the course. All written content and illustrations have been translated, and all video materials now include German subtitles.
Most importantly, this is not just a direct translation. The German version was prepared by a German electrical engineer and specialist in electrical engineering, ensuring that the technical terminology and course content accurately reflect industry practice and are easy for professionals to understand.
Based on the Latest SFS 6002 Standard (2025)
The course has been developed in accordance with the latest 2025 edition of the SFS 6002 standard and is intended for anyone who must meet Finland’s electrical safety requirements.
The training covers, among other topics:
- legislation and regulatory requirements,
- electrical hazards,
- risk assessment,
- operational procedures for electrical work,
- safe operation and maintenance of electrical equipment,
- personal protective equipment (PPE),
- permitted deviations from the standard and their application,
- a final knowledge assessment.

- supervisors and managers responsible for electrical work,
- anyone performing electrical work or working near electrical installations or live equipment.

Certification Valid for Five Years
After successfully completing the course and passing the final test, participants receive an SFS 6002 certificate confirming compliance with the Finnish electrical safety standard.
Three certification options are available:
- downloadable PDF certificate, available immediately after course completion,
- virtual card with a QR code,
- plastic card delivered by mail (including the virtual version).
All certificates are valid for five years.
