TVA Occupational safety course in Polish? Yes – finally!

Occupational Safety elearning course in Polish language
🇵🇱 Przeczytaj po polsku

Hi there! If you’re working in construction, industry, logistics or cleaning in Finland and you have Polish-speaking workers on your team – this post is for you.

Good news: the TVA Occupational Safety course is now fully available in Polish! And we don’t mean a sloppy machine translation – we’re talking about a proper, professional version designed for real understanding. This is a big step toward better, clearer, and truly effective safety training for Polish speakers in the workplace.

Safety training isn’t a formality – it’s about real life

We all know that workplace safety is about more than just checking a box. It’s about knowledge that can actually protect people – and sometimes save lives. The problem? Most mandatory safety trainings are only offered in Finnish or English. And if someone struggles with those languages, how can they really learn?

Let’s be honest – you can watch a video, click “next,” maybe even pass the test… and still have no clue what to do in case of a fire or an electrical hazard. That’s when even the best safety plan falls apart.

That’s why we made the Polish version

We’ve worked with companies employing Polish workers for years. We know the challenges – and we’ve also seen the difference it makes when training is built with people in mind, not just to tick a compliance box.

So we created a full Polish version of our Occupational Safety course. Everything is translated: the texts, graphics, videos (with Polish subtitles). And the translation wasn’t done by AI or a random app – it was done by people who understand both the language and the topic.

What’s in the course?

It’s not a boring PDF to scroll through. It’s a multimedia, practical course made to be useful.

It covers topics like:

  • identifying risks and hazards
  • safe behavior at work
  • using personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • how to act in emergency situations

The course is online and available 24/7 – so no need to gather everyone into a classroom. It works on computers and phones alike, so people can do it from anywhere, at any time.

Three ways to get certified – your choice

After completing the course, participants get a certificate. And they can choose how they want it:

  • Digital certificate – printable right after passing the course
  • Plastic card – a physical card to keep in your wallet, plus the digital certificate
  • Virtual card – our favorite option! Works on any device. Easy to show anytime, no need to carry anything.

All three options are valid – just pick what works best for you.

Why training in your native language matters

Training in someone’s first language isn’t just a nice extra – it’s a real advantage. Here’s why:

🔹 Better understanding – no guesswork, no confusion. Everything is crystal clear.
🔹 More engagement – people feel respected and included when training speaks their language.
🔹 Fewer accidents – misunderstandings are a major cause of workplace incidents.

Prefer live training with an interpreter? We’ve got you

If you want to run the course live with a translator – no problem! We’ve done hundreds of those. And if you need help finding a Polish-speaking interpreter, we’re happy to assist.

So – who is this course for?

Any company in Finland with Polish-speaking workers – in construction, logistics, cleaning, manufacturing, you name it. Basically, any place where safety matters.

Because safety starts with understanding. And understanding starts with language.
